The sharing of information among vendors is crucial as it allows the system process to validate and distinguish duties according to timeline and business logics. Each vendor plays a unique role within the system and commands are executed according to each vendor's role. For example: a property in eviction status will require the agent or coordinator to change the status to vacant. When this command is executed, the eviction attorney is notified and eviction action can then be canceled. Following this command, the agent will have 48 hours to rekey the property and submit a bpo.
