REOAMS provides centralization and improves communications among contractors, asset manager, and real estate agents.  This module allows the preservation companies to participate in vendor assignment programs, list their services, and receive and track all work orders using system time logics.   These vendors receive scorecards and are graded on response time, price of value, and time of job completion.
